宽带噪声暴露后人与豚鼠听阈偏移的比较

摘    要:本文观察了在105dBA 的宽带噪声下暴露2h,人和脉鼠的听阈偏移。暴露后20min 和4h,500、1000、2000、4000和8000Hz 5个频率的平均阈移,豚鼠比人分别高10.3和12dB。善露后77h,人所有测试频率的听阈偏移恢复正常,但豚鼠在4000Hz 的偏移仍然较高。结果表明,豚鼠的听觉损伤比人严重,而且阈移的恢复也比人缓慢得多。

Abstract:The hearing threshold shifts for humans and guinea pigs were observed after exposure for 2 hours to a 105-dBA broadband noise.The average threshold shifts for 500,1000,2000,4000 and 8000 Hz 20 minutes and 4 hours after exposure were respectively 10.3 dB and 12 dB higher in guinea pigs than in humans after 77 hours exposure,the human threshold shifts for all frequencies measured recovered,but the animal threshold shift at 4000 Hz remained high level.The results suggest that hearing damage is more severe in guinea pigs than that in humans and the recovery of threshold shift for guinea pigs is much slower.
