摘    要:目的测定蛇蜕、蝉蜕中钙、铁、锰、锌。方法用非完全消化法处理样品 ,以火焰原子吸收法测定。结果试液的黏度与其空白溶液的一致 ,无背景吸收干扰。对样品处理条件、化学干扰、检出限及特征浓度进行了考察。相对标准偏差小于 2. 9%。测定结果与灰化法一致 ,相对误差小于±3. 3%。结论在火焰原子吸收法中 ,用非完全消化法取代灰化法对蛇蜕、蝉蜕样品进行预处理是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To determine calcium,iron,manganese and zinc in the snake slough and periostracum cicada.Method The samples were treated by the noncomplete digestion method and those microelements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Result The test indicated that the viscosity of the test solution is identical with its blank solution and there is not background absorption interference.The pretreatment conditions of the sample,chemical interference,detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied.The relative standard deviations were less than 2.9%.The determination results were consistent with those obtained by the ashing method.The relative errors were less than ±3.3%.Conclusion In the FAAS method,the displacement of the ashing method by the noncomplete digestion method for the sample pretreatment of the snake slough and periostracum cicada is possible.This method is convenient.
