摘    要:目的建立一种准确度和灵敏度高,重现性好的氯霉素注射液中氯霉素含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Venusil XBP—C18(5μm)为分析柱,流动相为0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取0.1%庚烷磺酸钠500ml与二甲基甲酰胺5ml,冰醋酸O.5ml,混匀):乙腈(75:25),检测波长:272nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果氯霉素在0.004—0.400g·L-1内有良好的线性关系,回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.9%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用氯霉素注射液的质量控制。

Abstract:Aim To establish an accurate sensitive and reproducible method of HPLC for the determination of chloramphenicol in chlor- amphenicol injection. Methods The column was Venusil XBP-C18 (5 μm )with a mobile phase of 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate solu- tion : actetitrile (75:25 ) . The detection wavelength was 272 nm , with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min - 1 and column temperature at 25 ℃. Results The linear range of chloramphenicol was from 0. 004 to 0. 400 g· L -1 and recovery was 100.1%, with RSD 0. 9%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of chloramphenicol injection.
