伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效和安全性观察

目的探讨伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法将2009年2月—2011年5月收治的马拉色菌毛囊炎患者94例随机分成两组：伊曲康唑组48例,予以口服伊曲康唑胶囊200 mg/d,连续14 d;氟康唑组46例,予以口服氟康唑胶囊150 mg/d,连续14 d。疗程结束后,对比分析两种治疗方法的疗效和安全性。结果伊曲康唑组的总体有效率为87.5%（42/48）,高于氟康唑组的82.6%（38/46）,但经统计学分析两组疗效差异无统计学意义（t=0.310 2,P=0.378 2）。两组患者的不良反应发生率差异也无统计学意义（χ2=0.168 8,P=0.700 9）。结论伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎均有较好的疗效,且不良反应发生率低。

Observation of therapeutic effect and safety of Itraconazole and Fluconazole in treatment of Malassezia folliculitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Itraconazole and Fluconazole in treatment of Malassezia folliculitis. Methods From February 2009 to May 2011,94 patients with Malassezia folliculitis were admitted to our department. We divided these patients into 2 groups, the Itraeonazole group （ n = 48 ） and the Fluconazole group （ n = 46 ）, patients were treated with orally Itraeonazole capsule 200mg/d and Flueonazole capsule 150mg/d with a course of 14d, respectively. After the period of treatment, we compared the therapeutic effect and safety between the Itraconazole group and the Fluconazole group. Results Total effective rate of Itraconazole group was 87.5% （ 42/48 ） , higher than Fluconazole group of 82.6% （ 38/46 ） , but the statistical analysis showed that the difference in efficacy has no statistical significance （ t = 0.310 2, P = 0. 378 2）, and there was no statistical significance in difference of incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups （ X2 = O. 168 8, P = 0. 700 9 ）. Conclusion The Malassezia follieulitis treated with Itraconazole and Flueonazole are of good therapeutic effect and low incidence rate of adverse reactions.
