| 摘 要： | 目的了解军事飞行员心理健康与社会支持和自我和谐的关系。方法采用心理卫生症状自评量表（SCL-90）、社会支持评定量表和自我和谐量表对504名军事飞行员进行测试、统计、分析。结果 （1）军事飞行员心理健康与社会支持和自我和谐成正相关。（2）心理健康水平高的军事飞行员社会支持、自我和谐程度明显高于心理健康水平低的军事飞行员。结论加强自我和谐、获得更多的社会支持有助于提高军事飞行员的心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship among mental health,social supports,self consistency and congruence of the military pilots.Methods 504 pilots were tested with SCL-90 and Social Supports Scale and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale.Results（1）There were significant positive correlations among the military pilots of mental health and social support and self consistency and congruence.（2）The healthier military pilots in mentality are more social support and more self consistency and congruence.Conclusion Reinforce social supports and self consistency and congruence is helpful to improve mental health of the military pilots. |
