彩色多普勒超声对小肾癌的诊断价值

目的探讨小肾癌的二维声像图及彩色多普勒超声表现,以期提高超声对小肾癌的诊断。方法回顾性分析96例小肾癌患者术前超声检查结果及病例资料,与术后病理诊断结果对照。结果本组小肾癌患者,超声诊断符合率为95.8%（92/96）;声像图表现为肾实质内均可见异常回声区,其中肾外形改变者72例,CDFI显示瘤体血流丰富者72例,少血流者20例,其中无肾脏外形改变仅表现为血流丰富的小肾癌20例;误诊4例。结论彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示小肾癌的二维声像图及血流分布状况,诊断准确率高,可作为小肾癌诊断的首选检查方法。

Diagnostic value of color dopper ultrasonography in small renal cell carcinoma

Objective To analyze the two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler ultrasonography manifestation of small renal cell carcinoma（SRCC）,with a view to improve color dopper ultrasonography in diagnosing SRCC.Methods The data and preoperative inspection result of color dopper ultrasonography of 96 cases with SRCC were analyzed retrospectively and compare with result of postoperative pathology diagnosis.Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonography diagnosis in SRCC patients was 95.8%（92/96）.The ultrasonography showed there were abnormal echoes in the renal parenchyma of all cases,of which 72cases with renal contour changed,72cases with abundant blood supply in the tumor showed by CDFI,20 cases with deficiency of blood flow.Abundant blood supply without renal contour changed were identified in 20 cases.Misdiagnosis happened in 2 cases.Conclusion Color dopper ultrasonography can distinctly demonstrate the two-dimensional ultrasonography and distribution of the blood flow with a high accurate diagnostic rate.It should be the primary examination in diagnosing SRCC.
