丹红注射液联合吡拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆临床研究

目的探讨丹红注射液联合吡拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选择2007年9月—2009年9月收治的血管性痴呆患者83例,随机将上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予吡拉西坦康胶囊0.8 g,3次/d,连续服用12周。观察组在对照组用药基础上给予丹红注射液30 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连续应用4周。采用MMSE智能量表评价患者治疗前后的定向力、计算力、记忆力、语言能力及视空间能力等变化;用Bless-Roth行为量表（BRS）评价患者治疗前后日常生活能力、日常习惯及个性改变。结果 （1）两组患者治疗后定向力、计算力、记忆力、语言能力及视空间能力评分分别与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后定向力、计算力、记忆力、语言能力及视空间能力评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。（2）两组患者治疗后日常生活能力、日常习惯及个性改变评分均优于治疗前（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后日常生活能力、日常习惯及个性改变评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。（3）观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论丹红注射液联合吡拉西坦能够显著改善患者认知功能和行为能力,临床治疗效果显著。

Clinical research of danhong injection combined with piracetam on vascular dementia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of danhong injection combined with piracetam on vascular dementia.Methods 83 case with vascular dementia were selected from September 2007 to September 2009 and divided into two groups： observation group and control group.Patients in control group were given piracetam 0.8g three times daily for 12 weeks.on the base of the therapy of control group,patients in observation group were given danhong injection 30 ml once daily for 4 weeks.mini-mentalstateexamination（MMSE） was used to detect the orientation、calculation 、memory、linguistic competence、visual space of the patients in two groups before and after treatment.Bless-Roth scale was used to detect activity of daily living 、 daily habits and character change in two groups before and after treatment.Results（1）The scores of the orientation、calculation 、memory、linguistic competence、visual space in two groups after treatment compared with those in two groups before treatment respectively,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）;the scores of the orientation、calculation 、memory、linguistic competence、visual space in observation groups after treatment were better than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.（2）the scores of activity of daily living 、 daily habits and character change in two groups after treatment were better than those in two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）;the scores of activity of daily living、daily habits and character change in observation groups after treatment were better than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.（3）the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danhong injection combined with piracetam can improve the cognitive ability and action ability,and the clinical efficacy is significantly better.
