| 摘 要： | 目的比较疣迪搽剂、高频电灼术及两种方法联合应用治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 345例门诊病人随机抽签分成3组,分别用疣迪搽剂、高频电灼术及两种疗法联合治疗。结果疣迪组痊愈率48.18%;电灼组痊愈率50.89%;联合组痊愈率94.64%。差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 三种疗法均有效,联合组的疗效明显高于其他两组。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of you-di embrocation,high frequency electrofulguration,and you-di embrocation combined with high frequency electrofulguration for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods 345 outpatients were randomly divided into three groups and were treated with you-di embrocation or high frequency electrofulguration or you-di embrocation combined with high frequency electrofulguration respectively.Results The recovery rate of you-di embrocation group,high frequency electrofulguration group and combination group were 48.18%,50.89% and 94.64%,respectively.The difference between three groups had significant statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion The results suggest that three treatment groups all have some efficacy,and the efficacy of the combination group were more effective than the two others. |
