孟鲁司特联合氧气驱动吸入布地奈德和特布他林治疗儿童哮喘急性发作临床研究

目的观察孟鲁司特联合氧气驱动吸入布地奈德和特布他林治疗儿童哮喘急性发作临床疗效。方法 76例儿童哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组38例。对照组给予抗炎、抗病毒、吸氧、吸痰、镇静、止咳、平喘等常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用联合氧气驱动吸入布地奈德和特布他林治疗,2次/d;孟鲁司特4 mg,1次/d,睡前口服。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,有显著的临床意义。结论孟鲁司特联合氧气驱动吸入布地奈德和特布他林治疗儿童哮喘急性发作临床疗效好、安全、高效、副作用少,值得临床应用。

Clinical study of Montelukast association with Budesonide and Terbutaline by oxygen blow inspiration for acute exacerbation of children asthma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Montelukast association with Budesonide and Terbutaline by oxygen blow inspiration for acute exacerbation of children asthma. Methods 76 children with asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 children in each. The children in control group received traditional therapy such as anti-inflammation, anti-virus, oxygen support, aspiration of sputum, sedation treatment, cough-stopping treatment and asthma-relieving treatment. The children in treatment team received additional Montelukast （4mg, once daily） association with Budesonide and Terbutaline （twice daily） by oxygen blow inspiration treatment on the basis of traditional therapy. Results The curative effect of treatment group is better than control group with remarkable statistical significance, （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast association with Budesonide and Terbutaline by oxygen blow inspiration for acute exacerbation of children asthma, the curative effect of clinic is good, safety, high efficiency and with fewness side affect, which are worth for clinic application.
