| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3种方法对HAV-IgM的定性和定量检测的结果并进行对比分析。方法采用临床上常用的胶体金方法、酶联免疫吸附实验法（ELISA法）、化学发光微粒子免疫分析法（CMIA法）对100例标本进行HAV-IgM检测,分别计算ELISA法、CMIA法、胶体金法检测结果的阳性率、灵敏度和特异度。结果CMIA方法检测HAV-IgM的阳性率、灵敏度和特异度高于ELISA法和胶体金法。结论 CMIA法检测HAV-IgM特异性强、灵敏度高,具有很高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare and analyze the results of three methods in qualitative and quantitative detection of HAV-IgM.Methods HAV-IgM of 100 serum specimens were measured by immunoassay of colloidal gold,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and chemiluminescence microparticle immuno assay（CMIA）.The positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of the results from ELISA,CMIA and immunoassay of colloidal gold were calculated respectively.Results The positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of the results from CMIA were higher than those of ELISA or immunoassay of colloidal gold.Conclusion CMIA is a suitable method with high sensitivity and specificity in the quantitative detection of HAV-IgM.It has high value in clinical application. |
