| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜手术在老年妇科疾病手术中的安全性和应用价值。方法对2005年1月—2010年12月我院126例行腹腔镜手术的老年妇科患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 126例老年妇科疾病患者中有合并内科疾病患者90例（71.42%）。其中122例（96.83%）顺利完成腹腔镜手术,4例（3.17%）中转开腹。结论随着腹腔镜技术的提高,经过充分的术前评估和准备,积极控制手术合并症,腹腔镜手术治疗老年妇科疾病是安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the safety and application value of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of elderly gynecological disease.Methods The data of 126 cases of elderly gynecological disease in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2010 were retrospective analyzed.Results There were 90 cases of combined medical disease（71.42%） in 126 cases of elderly gynecological disease.Laparoscopic surgery was successfully performed in 122 cases（96.83%）,whereas the conversion to open surgery was needed in 4 cases（3.17%）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective for treating elderly gynecological disease through development of laparoscopic surgery,adequate pre-operation preparation and positive control of surgical complications. |
