可逆性后部白质脑病综合征临床分析

目的探讨可逆性后部白质脑病综合征的临床特点,以加深对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析我院收治的15例可逆性后部白质脑病综合征的临床资料。结果 15例可逆性后部白质脑病综合征中,病因为恶性高血压8例,肺部感染伴原发性高血压1例,子痫4例,肺癌化疗后1例。主要临床表现为意识障碍、癫痫发作、精神行为异常、共济失调、偏瘫等。神经影像学以双侧大脑半球后部可逆性白质异常病变为特征。结论可逆性后部白质脑病综合征病因复杂,有共同的病理基础,大多数病灶为可逆性,但有部分损害可长期存在,尽早正确治疗对减轻神经功能损害至关重要。

Clinical analysis of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome（RPLS）and enhance awareness of the disease.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 15 patients with RPLS were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 15 cases with RPLS,8 cases were secondary to malignant hypertension,1 case secondary to Pulmonary infection with hypertension,4 cases secondary to eclampsia,1 case secondary to lung cancer.The clinical characteristics were that 15 cases presented with disturbance of consciousness,epilepsy,psychiatric symptoms,ataxia and hemiparesis and so on.Neuroimaging is characterized by reversible abnormal signals on the bilateral reversible leukoencephalopathy of cerebral hemisphere.Conclusion The causes of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy are complex with a common pathological basis.Most lesions were reversible.However,some lesions may be permanent.It is important for reduce neurological damage to proper treatment as soon as early.
