一侧入路显微手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤

目的探讨一侧入路显微手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤的手术时机、方法及影响手术效果的相关因素。方法回顾分析7例16个颅内多发动脉瘤显微外科手术治疗患者的临床资料。采取一侧入路显微手术处理颅内多发动脉瘤的方法,先处理破裂动脉瘤,再处理未破裂动脉瘤。结果动脉瘤直接夹闭16个。依据GOS判断：优良5例,轻残2例。结论一侧入路显微外科手术可处理部分颅内多发动脉瘤,选择好适应证、正确判断责任动脉瘤并首先处理可达到良好效果。

Unilateral approach for surgical treatment of multiple intracranial aneurysms

Objective To study the surgical timing,microsurgical skill and strategy as well as relative factors with the surgical outcome through multiple intracranial aneurysms（MIA）.Methods The clinical data of 7 cases with 16 aneurysms which underwent surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively.The 7 cases of MIA were treated through the unilateral approach of surgical treatment.The operating principle was the ruptured aneurysm performed treated first and the unruptured aneurysm performed treated second.Results 16 aneurysms were clipped directly.Surgical outcome were considered according to GOS as good in 5 cases,light disability in 2 cases.Conclusion The surgical outcome was predominance if MIA performed microsurgical operation.To determine the responsibility aneurysm and clip it firstly and choice the unilateral approach of surgical treatment according to the sites of aneurysm and the patients condition could attain a good outcome.
