诱导型一氧化氮合酶在中耳胆脂瘤组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在中耳胆脂瘤组织中的表达及在发病机制中的可能作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测20例中耳胆脂瘤组织,10例正常外耳道皮肤中iNOS的表达。结果 20例中耳胆脂瘤组织中iNOS的阳性表达率为70%(14/20),正常外耳道皮肤中iNOS的阳性表达率为0(0/10)。iNOS阳性表达两组间差异有显著意义,P〈0.001。结论 iNOS在中耳胆脂瘤组织中的高表达,提示iNOS可促进血管形成、细胞增殖和邻近骨质吸收,在中耳胆脂瘤的发生、发展过程中起着重要促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase and its role of the occurrence and development of cholesteatoma of the middle ear.Methods The immunohistochemical elivision method was used to examine the expressions of iNOS in 20 cases of cholesteatoma of the middle ear and 10 cases of normal external auditory canal skin.Results The positive rate of iNOS was 70.0%(14/20) in cholesteatoma of the middle ear and was 0%(0/10) in the normal external auditory canal skin.There was significant difference in the expressions of iNOS between the cholesteatoma of the middle ear and the normal external auditory canal skin,P0.001.Conclusion There is a high iNOS expression in cholesteatoma of the middle ear which suggesting that there is new angiogenesis,epithelium cell proliferation and bone resorption,that the iNOS plays an important role in the information and development of cholesteatoma of the middle ear.
