不育症965例精液质量分析

目的了解北京市海淀地区不育症男性精液的质量,为不育症临床提供科学依据。方法对北京市海淀区患者来院就诊965例,以不育为主诉的男性完整精液标本进行分析,严格按照WHO技术规范操作。内容包括一般性状,颜色,精液量,液化时间,黏稠度,并通过国联图像M99-S精液质量分析仪检测精子密度,活率,活动力参数,同时进行精子形态学分析。结果在965例精液标本中,各项指标均正常的精液有163例,占16.9%（163/965）;颜色淡黄色35例,占3.6%（35/965）,乳白色927例,占96.1%（927/965）,红色3例,占0.3%（3/965）;精液量异常712例,占73.8%（712/965）;液化时间异常329例,占34.1%（329/965）;黏稠度异常550例,占57.0%（550/965）;密度异常232例,占24.0%（232/965）;活率异常516例,占53.5%（516/965）;活力异常443例,占45.9%（443/965）;WBC增多292例,占30.3%（292/965）;RBC增多3例,占0.3%（5/965）;畸形率〉85%者10例,占1.0%（10/965）。结论本地区不育症男性的精液异常比较明显,低于全国多中心调查结果水平。

Analysis of result of semen quality from 965 male infertility patients

Objective To investigate the indexes of semen results of male infertility patients in Haidian district of Beijing and provide the scientific basis for clinical treatment and effect observation of infertility.Methods In Haidian district of Beijing,the complete semen samples of 965 cases of infertility were analyzed.The operation strictly adheres to WHO specifications.The analysis including general characteristics,color,semen volume,liquefaction time,viscosity,and to detect sperm density,viability,motility parameters by the national league M99-S image analyzer.Sperm morphology analysis was performed at the same time.Results Among semen samples of 965 cases,each index was normal 163 cases,accounting for 16.9%（163/965）,Color： 35 cases of yellow,accounting for 3.6%（35/965）,927 cases of white,accounting for 96.1%（927/965） and 3 cases of red,accounting for 0.3%（3/965）.There were 712 cases of abnormal semen volume,accounting for 73.8%（712/965）.Liquefaction time,329 cases were unusual,accounting for 34.1%（329/965）.550 cases of abnormal viscosity,accounting for 57.0%（550/965）,232 cases of abnormal density,accounting for 24.0%（232/965）.There were 516 cases of abnormal survival rate,53.5%（516/965）;443 cases of abnormal activity,accounting for 45.9%（443/965）;292 cases of leukocytosis,accounting for 30.3%（292/965）;Erythrocytosis in 3 cases,accounting for 0.3%（5/65）.The malformation rate was greater than 85% in 10 cases,accounting for 1.0%（10/965）.Conclusion Male infertility patients in this area had obvious abnormity in semen quality,far below the survey results of many research centers.
