肝癌1063例介入治疗并发症处理的研究

目的总结及研究肝癌介入治疗并发症的发生原因及处理方法。方法 2000年3月—2010年2月确诊的1 063例肝癌患者,其中男671例,女392例,原发性肝癌907例,转移性肝癌156例。均经导管肝动脉灌注化疗及栓塞治疗。结果并发症包括胸闷、腹胀、热源反应、肝功能损伤、骨髓抑制、胆囊炎、肝癌破裂、上消化道出血、肝脓肿等严重并发症。全组共发生肝癌破裂5例,占0.47%,3例死亡;上消化道出血13例,占1.22%,4例死亡;肝脓肿6例,占0.56%;普遍发生胃肠道反应,发热等栓塞综合征。结论研究分析肝癌介入治疗并发症的发生原因及正确的处理方法。改进介入治疗方法,降低并发症的发生,提高肝癌患者的生存质量,延长生存时间。

Treatment research of 1063 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy complications

Objective To summarize and study the reasons and processing methods of liver cancer interventional therapy complications.Methods From March 2000 to February 2010,1063 cases were diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma,male 671 cases,female 392 cases,primary hepatic carcinoma 907 cases,metastatic hepatic carcinoma 156 cases.All patients received catheter hepatic arterial infusion and chemoembolization therapy.Results Complications included chest distress,abdominal distension,heat reaction,liver damage,bone marrow inhibition,cholecystitis,ruptured liver cancer,upper gastrointestinal bleeding,liver abscess and other serious complications.Among all groups,there were ruptured liver cancer in 5 cases,accounting for 0.47%,3 cases of death,upper gastrointestinal bleeding 13 cases,accounting for 1.22%,4 cases death,liver abscess in 6 cases,accounting for 0.56%,generally occurred gastrointestinal reaction,embolism syndrome as calorific and so on.Conclusion The reasons and correct processing method of liver cancer interventional therapy complications were analyzed.Improve methods of interventional therapy to reduce the complications rate and improve the life quality of HCC patients,prolonging the survival time.
