酶联免疫吸附试验联合PCR方法检测肺炎支原体感染的临床意义

目的研究血清酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）联合肺泡盥洗液PCR方法在肺炎支原体感染检测中的临床意义。方法对我院2008年8月—2010年8月期间住院的332例成人社区获得性肺炎病人分别采用血清ELISA方法和肺泡盥洗液PCR方法检测肺炎支原体（MP）。结果血清ELISA法和肺泡盥洗液PCR法检测肺炎支原体感染敏感性分别为82.45%、75.43%,特异性分别为95C.16%、96.49%。两种方法在检测肺炎支原体感染中敏感性及特异性的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 血清ELISA方法联合肺泡盥洗液PCR方法检测可提高诊断阳性率,对早期诊断支原体肺炎有重要临床意义。

The clinical value of ELISA combined with PCR determination in patients with pneumoniae mycoplasma infection

Objective To explore the clinical value of ELISA combined with PCR determination in patients with pneumoniae mycoplasma infection.Methods Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP） was detected with both ELISA（serum） and PCR（bronchoalveolar lavage fluid） in 332 adult patients with community acquired pneumonia in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2010.Results Among the 332 patients,the sensitivity of ELISA method from serum detecting mycoplasma pneumoniae was 82.45%,and specificity was 95.16%,while sensitivity of PCR method from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was 75.43%,specificity was 96.49%.ELISA and PCR were no statistically different in detecting pneumoniae mycoplasma.Conclusion Serum ELISA method combined with bronchoalveolar lavage fluid PCR in detection of pneumoniae mycoplasma can improve positive diagnosis rate,and it has important clinical value in early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae.
