南通市通州区骑岸镇2009年居民病伤死因分析

目的了解南通市骑岸镇2009年居民死亡情况及主要死亡原因,为制定疾病防控措施提供依据。方法用死因分类、简略寿命表等方法对骑岸镇2009年居民死亡数据进行分析。结果 2009年居民总死亡率为1114.15/10万,期望寿命为75.40岁,前5位死因分别是脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、损伤中毒。结论慢性病及损伤中毒是骑岸镇居民主要死亡原因,应切实加强防控工作。

Analysis on Death Causes of Disease and Injury among Residents in Qi'an Town of Tongzhou District in Nantong City

Objective]To understand the death status and main death causes among residents in Qi＇an town of Nantong city in 2009,provide the basis for making the disease control measures.Methods]The death data of residents in Qi＇an town in 2009 were analyzed with classification of death causes and abridged life table.Results]The total mortality of residents was 1114.15 /lakh in 2009,and the life expectancy was 75.40 years old.The top five death causes were cerebrovascular disease,malignant tumor,respiratory diseases,heart disease,injury and poisoning.Conclusion]The chronic diseases,injury and poisoning were the main death causes of residents in Qi＇an town,and the prevention and control should be strengthened.
