高频彩超在诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎中的应用价值

目的：探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法：对腹痛临床考虑肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿进行高频彩超检查,就二维图像及彩色多普勒血流显像声像图进行分析。结果：200例诊断为肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿中,均有腹腔肿大淋巴结,主要位于脐周及右下腹。结论：高频彩超检查具有无创伤、可重复检查,患儿家长易于接受,并具有典型声像图表现,是诊断肠系膜淋巴结炎首选的检查方法,对临床的诊断治疗具有重要应用价值。

High-frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis in value

Objective：To research the evaluation of High-frequency ultrasound in children with the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods：Clinical considerations on abdominal pain in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis high frequency ultrasound examination,the two-dimensional images and color Doppler flow imaging ultrasonography for analysis.Results：200 cases diagnosed as mesenteric lymphadenitis in children in both abdominal lymph nodes,mainly located in the umbilical and right lower abdomen.Conclusion：High frequency color Doppler examination with non-invasive,repeatable inspection,parents of children with receptive and have the typical sonography in the diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis preferred method of examination on the diagnosis and treatment have important clinical value.
