麻仁合剂质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的:控制麻仁合剂的质量.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别麻仁合剂中大黄素、大黄酚、厚朴酚;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量.结果:定性鉴别斑点圆整,分离度好.含量测定芍药苷平均加样回收率为98.49%,RSD为1.81%.结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于麻仁合剂的质量控制.

Abstract:AIM:To control the quality of Maren Mixture,Methods:Emodin,Chrysophanol and magnolol of maren Mixture were identified by TLC. Paeonifiorin of the Mixture was determined by HPLC. Results:The studies showed that spot of naringoside on TLC can be well separated. The average recovery rate of the spiked sample was 98- 49%and RSD was 1. 85%. Conclusion: The method established was simple,accurate and with good reproducibility. The method can be used for quality control of Maren Mixture
