医务所治疗室空气消毒方法的探讨

目的　探讨基层医务所治疗室空气消毒的方法 ,降低医院感染的危险因素。方法　分别采用“好自然”空气净化器和紫外线灯管照射两种方法进行对照实验。结果　两组消毒方法消毒前空气平均菌落数 ,差异无显著性意义 (t =0 .2 72 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;消毒后 3 0 ,、60 ,、90 ,分别对照 ,“好自然”空气净化器的杀菌率明显优于紫外线 ,t分别为 1.86、5 .3 8、6.98,P分别小于 0 .0 5、0 .0 1、0 .0 1有显著性差异。结论　“好自然”空气净化器体积小 ,操作简单、有效、价廉 ,特别适用于没有大型空气净化设施的基层医院使用

Air sterilization at clinics

Objective To explore the methods of air sterilization at the clinic and reduce the dangerous factors for hospital infection. Methods Air clearer with Haozhiran Brand and ultraviolet were used to disinfect the clinic respectively and the effects of sterilization were compared. Results There was no significant different in mean germs between them ( t =0.272, P >0.05). before sterilization. After performance of air sterilization at 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, there existed marked differences between them ( t =1.86 and 5.38, P <0.05 and 0.001). Conclusion The air cleaner with Haozhiran Brand is small in size and simple at operation, more effective and cheap in price. Thus it is useful for the clinics and small hospital without air cleaning system.
