小剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨小剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察。方法：选择本院2009年7月～2011年4月收治入院的小儿支气管肺炎60例临床资料,将60例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例用常规治疗,治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上给予小剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,每次1喷（200μg）,晨起吸入,每日1次,2周后隔日1次,观察两组临床症状恢复时间、肺部啰音消失时间、肺部影像恢复时间、血气分析恢复时间、总治疗时间。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,治疗组症状恢复时间、肺部啰音吸收时间、血气分析恢复正常时间、总治疗时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：小剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎有明显疗效。

Efficacy observation of small dose of budesonide inhalation treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective： To investigate the effect of small dose of Budesonide inhalation of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods： Sixty cases of bronchial pneumonia in children in our hospital in July 2009 to April 2011, 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group of 30 patients with conventional treatment, the treatment group of 30 patients were given conventional treatment, based on a small dose of Budesonide inhalation therapy, every time a spray （200μg）, early morning inhalation, 1 day, 2 weeks every other day, clinical symptoms were observed recovery time, lost time, pulmonary rales, pulmonary imaging recovery time, recovery time of blood gas analysis, the total treatment time. Results： The total efficiency of treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in control group; recovery time of the treatment group of symptoms, pulmonary rales absorption time, recovery time of blood gas analysis, the total treatment time were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Low-dose Budesonide inhalation therapy in children with bronchial pneumonia has significant effect.
