输尿管镜下气压弹道联合拦石网治疗输尿管结石128例临床分析

目的：评价输尿管镜下气压弹道联合拦石网治疗输尿管结石的有效性及安全性。方法：回顾性分析2008年3月～2010年12月输尿管镜下气压弹道联合拦石网治疗的输尿管结石128例患者的临床资料、手术过程。总结手术时间、术后住院日、一次性手术成功率、拦石成功率、并发症发生率等。结果：128例患者中,123手术成功。无输尿管穿孔、撕脱等严重并发症。平均手术时间为36.7（24～65）min,术后平均住院日5.3（3～7）d,一次性手术成功率为96.1%（123/128）,拦石成功率为98.4%（121/123）。结论：输尿管镜下气压弹道联合拦石网治疗输尿管结石安全、可行,可提高一次性手术成功率,尤其是输尿管中上段结石的碎石成功率。

Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic pneumatic joint intercept stone network for the treatment of 128 cases of ureteral stones

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopic lithotripsy with intercept stone network for the treatment of ureteral stones. Methods： The clinical data of 128 cases ureteral stones treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy with intercept stone network from March 2008 to September 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The operative time, post- operative hospital stay days, rate of surgical success, the rate of block stone, the complication rate etc were all analyzed. Results： 123 cases among 128 operations were performed successfully, with no conversion to open and no serious compli- cations. The mean operative time was 36.7（24-65） rain, the mean postoperative hospital stay was 5.3（3-7） d, the successful rate of operation was 96.1%（123/128）, the successful rate of block stone was 98.4%（121/123）. Conclusion： The treatment of ureteral stones used ureteroscopic lithotripsy with intercept stone network is safe and effective, it can heighten the calculi fragmentation successful rate especially middle and upper ureteral calculi.
