银杏叶注射液联合氯沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病

目的：观察银杏叶注射液联合氯沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：两组均按糖尿病肾病常规治疗（低盐、低蛋白饮食,注射胰岛素控制血糖）。均给予氯沙坦口服,每日1次,每次50mg。治疗组加用银杏叶注射液,每日1次,静脉注射,4周为1个疗程。结果：两组患者在治疗前后的UAER明显不同,治疗组的UAER明显下降。结论：银杏叶注射液联合氯沙坦能有效地降低患者UAER的水平,基本不影响糖代谢,联合用药的治疗效果明显优于单独用药,对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗更有效。

Ginkgo leaf injection matched with Losartan in treating diabetic nephropathy

Objective： To observe the Ginkgo leaf injection combined with Losartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy clinical curative effect. Methods： Both groups by the normal routine treatment of diabetic nephropathy （low salt, low protein diet, insulin injections control blood sugar）. All gave Losartan oral once a day, each time 50 mg. The treatment group add with Ginkgo leaf injection, once a day, intravenous, 4 weeks for a period of treatment. Results： Two groups before and after treatment in patients with the different UAER obvious, the treatment group UAER obviously decreased. Conclusion： Ginkgo leaf injection joint Losartan can effectively reduce the level of UAER, basic not influence the sugar metabolism, combination is obviously better than the treatment effect of the drug alone, in the early treatment of diabetic nephropathy have more effect.
