低分子肝素治疗充血性心力衰竭42例临床观察

目的：探讨低分子肝素治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：84例充血性心力衰竭患者被选择,所选患者随机分为两组,其中观察组42例,对照组42例。两组患者均给予抗心衰常规治疗。对照组采用常规治疗。观察组实施常规治疗,同时给予低分子肝素治疗。治疗期间记录两组临床症状和体征的改变情况。结果：观察组治疗后左心室舒张末期内径显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后左室射血分数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：低分子肝素能够显著提高充血性心力衰竭患者心功能,临床症状和体征得到显著改善,值得临床借鉴。

Clinical observation of low molecular weight heparin on 42 cases with congestive heart failure

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin on congestive heart failure. Methods： 84 eases with congestive heart failure were selected, and divided into observation group and control group, routine therapy was given to control group, and low molecular weight heparin was used to observation group. The change of clinical manifestation was observed during the course of treatment. Results： The left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction after treatment in observation group compared with those in control group, there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Low molecular weight heparin can improve the symptoms and cardiac function of ongestive heart failure, the clinical efficacy is significant.
