狼疮抗凝物因子与复发性流产的相关性研究

目的：探讨狼疮抗凝物因子与早期、晚期复发性流产的关系。方法：对100例复发性流产妇女,用酶联免疫方法检测血狼疮抗凝物因子,同时选取已正常生育的妇女100例作对照。结果：RSA患者LA阳性率为9.00%,对照组为2.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;早期RSA患者LA阳性率为24.00%,晚期RSA患者LA阳性率为6.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：LA与RSA患者之间存在一定的关系;LA与早期RSA患者关系更为密切。

The correlation between lupus anticoagulant factors and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective： To investigate the lupus anticoagulant factors associated with early, late recurrent abortion. Methods： 100 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion women were detected of lupus anticoagulant factor by enzyme immunoassay, at the same time selection had normal fertility in women 100 as control. Results： Recurrent spontaneous abortion in patients with lupus anticoagulant factors positive rate was 9.00%, 2.00% in the control group, there were significant differences （P0.05）; patients with early recurrent spontaneous abortion lupus anticoagulant factors positive rate was 24.00% in patients with advanced, lupus anticoagulant factors positive rates were 6.67%, two groups had significant difference （ P 0.05）. Conclusion： Lupus anticoagulant factors and recurrent spontaneous abortion between patients with certain relationship exists have definite relationship, they are more closely.
