摘    要:目的:观察总结外伤性腹腔脏器破裂的声像图特征,为临床提供有价值的诊治依据。方法:对100例超声诊断为外伤性内脏破裂患者声像图进行观察、记录,并根据临床诊治结果进行分析。结果:100例中经超声诊断腹腔积液的100例,经手术证实98例,准确率为98%。超声诊断有95例实质性脏器(包括肝、脾、肾、胰腺)破裂,后经手术证实的有88例,准确率为92.4%;5例密切追踪观察治疗后痊愈;2例误诊。100例中5例超声诊断为空腔脏器破裂,手术证实3例,误诊2例。结论:无论是空腔脏器破裂还是实质脏器破裂,及时准确的超声诊断具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective: To study the ultrasonographic characteristics of abdominal traumatic visceral ruptures and try to provide information for clinical diagnosis. Methods: The uhrasonographic features of 100 cases with intra-abdominal injury were observed, recorded and analyzed. Results: Intraabdominal fluid was diagnosed in 100 cases by ultrasonography, 98 cases of them were confirmed by surgery, the detective rate of intraabdominal fluid was 98%. 95 cases were diagnosed as substantial organ ruptures, including liver, spleen, kidney and pancreas, 88 cases were confirmed by surgery, the detective accuracy of organ trauma was 92.4%; Five cases were traced, observed and cured; 2 cases were misdiagnosed. Cavitary organ trauma were found in the other 5 cases, three cases of them were confirmed by surgery and the other two was misdiagnosed. Conclusion: Ultrasound is the important way for the diagnosis and treatment of cavitary or substantial organ ruptures.
