TIR-T1WI与SE-T1WI序列对于儿童脑软化灶成像的比较研究

摘    要:目的:通过与自旋回波序列(SE-T1WI)在脑软化患儿的比较研究,探讨快速反转恢复T1加权序列(TIR-T1WI)在诊断脑软化时的应用价值。方法:对58例脑软化灶患儿同时行TIR-T1WI和SE-T1WI序列扫描,对脑软化灶的显示结果进行比较,确定哪种序列更优。结果:TIR-T1WI序列扫描比SE-T1WI能更清晰显示患儿脑软化灶的范围及较小的脑软化灶(P〈0.001),同时TIR-T1WI序列能显示SE-T1WI序列上不能发现的细小脑软化灶。结论:TIR-T1WI序列可作为诊断脑软化的辅助扫描序列。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis value of tachoinversion recovery T1 weighted imagining (TIR-T1WI) se- quence in cerebroraalacia disease in children by comparing with spin echo T1 weighted (SE-T1WI) imaging sequence. Methods: 58 children with cerebromalacia disease were underwent TIR-T1WI sequence and SE-T1WI sequence. The two sequences imaging were compared side by side to determine which was better in depicting the focus of cerebromalacia. Results: The TIR-T1WI sequences could display the ambit of the cerebromalacia focus more clearly than SE-T1WI sequence (P〈0.001). Meanwhile the TIR-T1WI sequence could discover more small cerebromalacia focus. Conclusion: The TIR-T1WI sequence can be used as the assistant sequence for the diagnosis of cerebromalacia.
