小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎68例临床分析

目的：探讨小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法：对68例诊断为小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的门诊及住院患儿进行高频彩超检查,并进行回顾性分析。结果：68例腹痛症状减轻或消失。复查腹部彩色超声显示结节影缩小,长短径比值（L/S）〈2。结论：本病有自限性,对病程长,腹痛反复发作的肠系膜淋巴结炎应以调整肠道微生态环境及缓解症状为主要治疗,而不应强调以淋巴结的缩小为主要治疗目标。有极少部分发展为溃疡性结肠炎,应长期规律随访。

Clinical analysis of 68 cases with mesenteric lymphadenitis in children

Objective： To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods： 68 cases of diagnosis for children of inflammation of the mesenteric lymph nodes in hospital and clinic with high frequency color dopplar ultrasound examination, and were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 68 cases of abdominal pain symptoms faded or disappeared. Re-examination of abdominal ultrasound showed nodules narrow shadow color, diameter ratio length （L/S） value〈2. Conclusion： The disease has self-limited, the course of a long, abdominal pain repeated attacks of mesenteric lymph nodes should be adjusted to inflammation intestinal tract micro ecology environment and relieve symptoms as the main treatment, and should not to emphasize the narrowing of the lymph node as the main goal of treatment. There is very little part of the development of ulcerative colitis, and should be long-term follow-up law.
