阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他汀联合疗法对糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的干预治疗研究

目的：探讨阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2007年9月~2011年9月收治的150例老年糖尿病伴动脉粥样硬化患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组（75例）和对照组（75例）,对照组患者采用中药方剂控制血糖,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿司匹林和阿托伐他汀,随访1年,比较两组患者血脂总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）变化情况。结果：治疗组患者TC、TG、LDL明显低于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病动脉粥样硬化,能降低患者的血脂,起到稳定动脉粥样斑块的作用,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。

The intervention study about aspirin and atorvastatin combination therapy for diabetes atherosclerosis

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect about aspirin and atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetes atherosclerosis. Methods： From September 2007 to September 2011, 150 elderly patients with diabetes atherosclerosis were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=75） and the control group （n=75）, the control group patients used proprietary Chinese medicine to control blood sugar, the treatment group patients used aspirin and atorvastatin on the basis of the control group patients, treatment, all of them were followed up for one year, compared with blood lipid total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, and low-density lipoprotein （LDL） change of two groups patients. Results： TC, TG, LDL of treatment group patients was obviously lower than the control group, the two groups of patients had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Aspirin and atorvastatin can treat diabetes atherosclerosis, can reduce the blood fat, can stabilize atheromatous plaque, and the results are satisfactory worth in clinical promotion.
