中药配合染料激光治疗结节型痤疮80例临床观察

目的：探讨中药配合染料激光对结节型痤疮治疗的影响及效果。方法：将80例不同程度的痤疮患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,每组40例。对照组采用直接使用中药的方式,而治疗组采用中药配合染料激光治疗的方式,对两组的治疗情况进行对比。结果：两组的治疗效果及治愈时间相比具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且两组均无副作用,不影响治疗。结论：采用中药配合染料激光治疗结节型痤疮,能够缩短疗程,具有明显的疗效。

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dye laser in the treatment of 80 cases of nodular acne

Objective： To study the influence and effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dyes laser in the treatment of nodular ache. Methods： 80 cases of different degree of ache patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases each group. Control group were used traditional Chinese medicine directly method, and the treatment group were used with the traditional dyestuff of laser treatment way, compared the treatment condition be- tween the two groups. Results： Compared with therapeutic effect and cure time between the two groups, there was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）, and both groups without side effects, did not affect treatment. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with dyes laser in the treatment of nodular ache, can shorten the period of treatment way, has the obvious curative effect.
