大月份人工流产术临床路径效果评价

目的：评价大月份人工流产术患者实施临床路径的临床效果。方法：选择本院妇科同一组医生2010年1月～2011年7月住院行大月份人工流产术患者160例,分为实施临床路径的患者（路径组）与实施常规医疗护理模式的患者（对照组）各80例,对其年龄、停经天数、孕次、人均住院日、人均住院费用、并发症、人均药费进行综合分析、评价。结果：两组患者在年龄、停经天数、孕次、并发症发生率之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,路径组患者的人均住院日、术前住院日、人均住院费用及人均药费均低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：大月份人工流产术实施临床路径可以降低医疗费用,缩短住院日,是安全有效和值得推广实施的医疗护理模式。

Effect evaluation of clinical path in multi-months induced abortion

Objective： To evaluation the effect of clinical path in patients who had multi-months induced abortion. Meth- ods： 160 patients who had multi-months induced abortion at the same hospitalization period in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2011 were divided respectively into the clinical path group（path group） and the normal medical nursing mode group （control groL, p）, each had 80 cases. The age, pregnancies, menopause days, expense per capita, hospitalization days, complications rate and medicine expenses were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. Results： The hospitalization days, hospitalization days before operation, expense per capita and medicine expenses of the clinical path group were lower than the normal medical nursing mode group （P〈0.01）. There was no difference between clinical path group and normal medical nursing mode group in complications rate, age, pregnancies and menopause days （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The implement of multi-months induced abortion patients are treated with clinical path can reduce medical expenses and hospitalization days, which is a practical new＇ mode of medical nursing.
