自拟中药贴敷神阙穴佐治小儿轮状病毒性肠炎

目的：观察自拟止泻Ⅰ号方贴敷神阙穴辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合轮状病毒性肠炎诊断标准的患儿120例随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。两组均常规给予炎琥宁等抗病毒及静脉补液治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟止泻Ⅰ号方贴敷神阙穴。结果：治疗组腹泻持续时间（3.15±1.35）d,对照组（4.35±1.30）d,时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为80.00%（P〈0.05）,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：应用自拟腹泻Ⅰ号方贴敷神阙穴佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Self-made herbal application on point Shenque on treatment of children round shape virus enteritis

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made herbal application on point Shenque in treating pediatric rotavirus enteritis. Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of children that correspond to the criteria for the diagnosis of rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. Both groups were given Yan Hu Ning and other vein rehydration treatment. In treatment group added sticking at the point of Shenque. Results： In treatment group the duration of diarrhea （3.15±1.35） d was significantly shorter （P〈0.05） than the time of the control group （4.35±1.30） d. The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group, which was superior to 80.00% in control group （P〈0.05）. The difference had statistical significance in the two groups. Conclusion： Sticking self-made fuxieyihaofang at the point of Shenque is safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis.
