摘    要:目的:建立甘草提取物中甘草酸铵的含量测定方法,优选甘草酸铵的提取工艺。方法:以甘草酸铵为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸铵含量;比较煎煮法、水提醇沉法、0.5%氨水提取与70%乙醇超声法等工艺的差异。结果:0.5%氨水提取甘草酸铵含量较高,甘草酸铵含量在5.2675~337.12μg范围里呈较好的线性关系;甘草酸铵的回收率为98.51%。结论:0.5%氨水提取工艺所得甘草提取物中甘草酸铵含量较高,甘草酸铵转移率最高,提取方法合理、可行、效率高。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for content determination of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the distilled licorice and to optimize the extraction technique. Methods: Taking Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate as index, we used the technique of HPLC to determine its content. Then compared the difference among water-decocting water-extracting and alcohol-depositing; 0.5% ammonia-extracting and 70% alcohol ultrasonic-method. Results: The content from 0.5% ammo- nia-extracting extraction of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate was the higher. In the range of 5.267 5 -337.12 μg, the Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate showed good linear relationship. The recovery of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate was 98.51% . Conclusion: The content from 0.5% ammoniaextracting extraction of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate is the higher. The transfer rate of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate is the highest. The 0.5% ammonia -extracting is reasonable, feasible and efficient.
