子宫肌瘤不同手术方法对卵巢功能及性功能的影响

目的：探讨不同手术方法治疗子宫肌瘤对患者卵巢功能及性功能的影响。方法：将本院2003年6月～2010年6月收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者按手术方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用全子宫切除保留附件术,观察组采用子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较两组患者的卵巢功能及性功能。结果：观察组术后6个月的雌二醇（E2）和促卵泡激素（FSH）显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。两组术后性功能均较术前显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：卵巢和子宫对妇女的内分泌影响较大,术中应尽量保留。

Different surgical methods for the uterine fibroids function and sexual

Objective： To explore the different surgical methods for uterine fibroids ovarian function and sexual. Methods： Collected 60 cases from June 2003 to June 2010, who were treated by operation of uterine fibroids in different ways and divided into trial group and control group, and the control group using do the whole hysterectomy keep accessories tech- nique, the observation group using myomectomy, compared with two sets of patients ovarian function and sexual function. Results： The observation group postoperative six months of estradiol （E2） and follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） signifi- cant than in control group, P〈0.05. Two groups of postoperative function which was improved markedly, and the observa- tion group was significantly better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Ovarian and uterus to women＇s endocrine great influence, intraoperative should try to keep.
