| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺内酯联合依那普利对老年慢性心力衰竭患者血流动力学的影响。方法：将210例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者按1∶1随机分为治疗组和观察组。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用螺内酯和依那普利治疗。结果：观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P=0.0005）,并且观察组患者的左心射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张早期充盈速度（VE）、舒张晚期充盈速度（VA）、VE/VA比值等指标均明显高于对照组（P值均〈0.05）。结论：螺内酯联合依那普利能改善老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心脏功能,且无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the hemodynamic impact of spironolaetone united with enalapril （SE） in elderly patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 210 cases of elderly patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group by 1：1. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group was given treatment of the addition of SE to conventional treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P=0.000 5）, and the LVEF, VE, VA, VE/VA and other items were significantly higher in the observation group （all P values〈0.05）. Conclusion： Spironolactone united with enalapril can improve heart function in elderly patients with CHF and doesn＇t have obvious adverse events. |
