盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗外眼感染性疾病的临床观察

目的：观察盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗外眼感染性疾病的疗效。方法：将128例（208眼）患者随机分为观察组64例（104眼）,对照组64例（104眼）,观察组予盐酸左氧氟滴眼液滴眼,对照组予妥布霉素滴眼液滴眼,比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组细菌培养转阴率为96.2%,高于对照组的89.4%,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组总有效率差异无统计学意义,但观察组痊愈率为88.46%,高于对照组的66.35%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗外眼感染性疾病疗效确切,可推广应用。

Clinical efficacy observation of the infectious diseases of external eye treated by levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops

Objecltive： To observe the clinical efficacy of the infectious diseases of external eye treated by levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops. Methods： 128 patients （208 eyes） were divided into two groups randomly, 64 cases （104 eyes） were the observation group, 64 cases （104 eyes） were the control group. The patients of the observation group were treated by the levofloxacin hydroclhloride eye drops, and the patients of the control group were given the tobramycin eye drops, then the clinical efficacy were compared. Results： The bacterial culture＇s negative conversion rate of the observation group was 96.2%, which was higher than the 89.4% of the control group, yet it showed no significant differences （P〉0.05）. The total ef- fective rate of the two groups showed no significant differences, but the cure rate of the observation group was 88.46%, which was higher than the 66.35% of the control group, showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of the infectious diseases of external eye treated by levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops is exact, and it is worth to be popularization.
