清脾除湿汤治疗亚急性湿疹临床观察

目的：观察清脾除湿汤内服治疗湿热内蕴,湿重于热型亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法：随机选取50例门诊服用清脾除湿汤加减进行治疗的亚急性湿疹患者,疗程为1个月。观察临床症状与皮损变化,判定临床疗效。结果：临床痊愈24例,占48.0%;显效18例,占36.0%;有效7例,占14.0%;无效1例,占2.0%;总有效率为98.0%。结论：清脾除湿汤内服治疗湿热内蕴,湿重于热型亚急性湿疹的临床疗效好。
