金喉雾化剂治疗急性喉炎的临床应用研究

目的：对金喉雾化剂在治疗急性喉炎的疗效进行深入的研究,探讨金喉雾化剂治疗急性喉炎的相关机制。方法：将70例急性喉炎患者分为两组（金喉雾化剂治疗组与对照组）,每组每天两次治疗,每次15min,治疗组每次用10ml的金喉雾化剂与10ml的0.9%氯化钠溶液行喉部的超声化吸入,对照组每次用20ml的0.9%氯化钠溶液0.5ml加醋酸泼尼松龙和8U硫酸庆大霉素行喉部的超声雾化吸入。结果：治疗组与对照组的治疗有效率相差不大,但是金喉雾化剂治疗组对于外感风寒、外感风热以及里热奎盛3种常见的急性喉炎症状进行治疗效果更佳,且更有效地改善患者的声学参数与声音质量。结论：金喉雾化剂可更为显著地改善患者声音质量,且较为安全,无副作用。

Clinical study of gold throat spray agent treatment of acute laryngitis

Objective： To further research curative effect of golden throat spray agent in the treatment of acute laryngitis, this paper discusses the atomization agent in the treatment of acute gold throat laryngitis related mechanism. Methods： 70 cases of acute laryngitis patients were divided into two groups （golden throat spray agent treatment group and control group）, each group two times daily treatment, every time 15 minutes, the treatment group with 10 ml of every time gold throat spray agent and 10 ml of saline line of the inhaled, ultrasonic throat in the control group with 20 ml each 0.5 ml of saline water add prednisolone acetate dragon and 8 U sulphuric acid with a line of throat ultrasonic atomization inhalation. Results： The treatment group and control group therapy was little efficient, but golden throat spray agent treatment group for mindcold, pathogenic wind hot and the heat Kuisheng three common symptoms of acute laryngitis of treatment effect was better, and it could more effectively improve patients with acoustic parameters and sound quality. Conclusion： Golden throat spray agent but more significantly improved sound quality, and patients with relatively safe, without any side effects.
