腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗直肠癌疗效对比

目的：比较腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法：选取2008年12月~2009年10月于本院进行治疗的84例直肠癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组与B组各42例,A组采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,B组采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,后将两组患者的淋巴结清除数目、出血量、并发症发生率、满意率、2年内复发率、转移率及手术前后生存质量、血清CA125、CEA、TNF-α、CA242及CA199水平进行比较。结果：两组患者淋巴结清除数目及2年内复发率、转移率、术后血清CA125、CEA、TNF-α、CA242及CA199水平比较,P均〉0.05,差异均无统计学意义,而B组的出血量小于A组,生存质量优于A组,并发症发生率低于A组,满意率高于A组,P均〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效不差于开腹手术,但可显著改善患者生存质量,较受患者欢迎。

Comparison on the effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in rectal cancer

Objective： To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in rectal cancer. Methods： 84 patients with rectal cancer in our hospital from December 2008 to October 2009 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into group A and group B with 42 cases in each group, the group A were treated with traditional open surgery, the group B were treated with laparoscopic surgery, then the number of lymph node dissec- tion,blood loss, incidence of complications, satisfaction rate, recurrence rate, metastasis rate and quality of life, serum CA125, CEA, TNF-α, CA242 and CA199 before and after the surgery were compared. Results： The number of lymph node dissection, recurrence rate, metastasis rate and serum CA125, CEA, TNF-α, CA242 and CA199 of two groups were compared,all P〉0.05, there were not all significant differences, but the blood loss of group B were less than that of group A, quality of life were better than that of group B, incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion： The effect of laparoscopic surgery in rectal cancer is not worse than that of traditional open surgery, but it can significantly improve quality of life, and it is welcomed to patients.
