过敏性哮喘特异性免疫治疗63例疗效分析

目的：对特异性免疫治疗的方法对过敏性哮喘患者的临床效果进行分析。方法：随机抽取2006年8月~2010年8月来本院就诊的患有过敏性哮喘的临床患者126例,随机分为A、B两组,各63例。A组采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,B组在A组基础上采用特异性免疫治疗方法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗过程中的并发症和不良反应现象进行比较分析。结果：经认真研究后发现,B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者进行比较,其有效率明显高出很多,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者在治疗过程中,均未出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：采用特异性免疫治疗的方法对患有过敏性哮喘的患者进行治疗的临床效果令人满意,具有安全可靠、见效快、治愈率高、并发症少等特点,值得在今后的临床治疗工作中予以使用和推广。

Efficacy analysis of specific immune therapy of 63 cases with allergic asthma

Objective： To analyze the specific immune therapy for patients with seere allergic asthma method and effect. Methods： Seleced 126 cases from August 2006 to August 2010 in our hospital clinic of irritability asthma patients ,divided into A, B two groups. Group A with conventional treatment of treatment, group B on the basis in group A specific immune therapy on treatment. Two groups of patients for clinical treatment effect, treatment process of complications and adverse reaction phenomena were comparatively analyzed. Results： The analysis results showed that the group B patients for clinical treatment effect and A group of patients for comparison, the efficient obviously A much higher, there was a significant statistical difference （P0.05）; Two groups of patients in the treatment process, all did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, there was no statistically significant difference （ P0.05）. Conclusion： The specific immune therapy for patients with seere allergic asthma method of treatment for patients with clinical effect is got, with safety, quick effect, the cure rate is high, the less complications characteristics, and it is worthy of the clinical treatment of work to use and promotion in the future.
