深部热疗联合同步放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效观察

目的：观察深部热疗加同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：80例Ⅱb~Ⅳa期宫颈癌患者,随机均分为深部热疗加同步放化疗组（综合组）和同步放化疗组（对照组）,对照组行适形放疗配合同期化疗,顺铂40mg/m2单药每周化疗,共6次;综合组放化疗方法同对照组,深部热疗每次治疗60min,每周1~2次,共8~12次。结果：综合组和对照组治疗结束后肿瘤完全缓解率、1年期无瘤生存率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：热放化综合治疗可以提高患者近期疗效,且无严重的并发症,是中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的一种安全有效的模式。

Evaluate of short-term effect of hyperthermia combined with chemoradiation therapy in advanced cervical cancer

Objective： To evaluate the short-term effect and acute toxicity of SR-1000 raidofrequency combined with ehemoradiation therapy in advanced cervical cancer. Methods： Eighty women with invasive squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcinoma of the cervix of stage Ⅱb-Ⅳa were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into two groups who received one of two regimens： hyperthermie ehemoradiotherapy （HCR） and chemoradiotherapy （CR）. Full-dose radiotherapy and 6 courses of chemotherapy was delivered to all patients according to plan. 8-12 courses of hyperthermia treatment were received by group HCR. Results： The complete remission and 1 year survival rate without cancer was significantly higher in groups HCR than in group CR. Toxicity was fully comparable and tolerant between the two groups. Conclusion： All the results above sugested that the combination of full-close radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and hyperthermia is feasible and effective in patients with advanced cervical carcinoma. The combination therapy is safe and well-tolerated for advanced cervical cancer.
