辛伐他汀与血清转氨酶升高的关系

目的：探讨小剂量辛伐他汀对血清转氨酶的影响。方法：随机选择382例原发性高血压伴高总胆固醇血症、和（或）高低密度脂蛋白血症患者,依每例每日口服辛伐他汀量的不同分为10mg组219例和20mg组163例,观察6～32个月,平均17.6个月,定期检查血清转氨酶。结果：10mg组发生转氨酶升高的7例,占3.20%。20mg组发生转氨酶升高的6例,占3.68%。两组转氨酶升高的发生率差异无统计学意义。每例转氨酶的升高都是一过性的,升高值均〈3.0×ULN。结论：长期口服小剂量（10～20mg/d）辛伐他汀治疗的高脂血症患者,出现一过性、孤立性转氨酶升高的发生率低,转氨酶升幅小。轻度转氨酶升高的患者不需中断辛伐他汀的治疗,也不需频繁地检查血清转氨酶。

The relationship between simvastatin and increased serum aminotransferase

Objective： To explore the effect of the small dose simvastatin on serum aminotransferase. Methods： 382 cases hypertension associated with high total cholesterol hyperlipidemia were chosen, and / or high low-density lipoprotein hematic disease patients, every case in accordance with daily oral simvastatin was divided into 10 mg group and 20 mg group, observed 6 to 32 months, an average of 17.6 months, and regular checked on serum transaminase. Results： The 10 mg group had 7 cases whose the transaminase increased, accounted for 3.20%. The 20 mg group had 6 cases whose the transaminase increased, accounted for 3.68%. The incidence of aminotransferase of the two groups had no significant differ- ence （t=l.91, P〉5%）. Each case transaminase elevates was temporary, elevates the value 〈3.0xULN. Conclusion： Long- term oral low-dose （10-20 mg/d） simvastatin treatment in patients with hyperlipidemia, that may appear a transient, isolat- ed transaminase elevation, and its incidence is low, and a small increase in amplitude. Mildly elevated transaminase pa- tients do not need to interrupt the treatment of simvastatin, and do not need to check the serum transaminase frequently.
