间接竞争酶联免疫吸附法检测骨肽的研究

目的：研究酶联免疫吸附法对骨肽的检测。方法：考察抗原浓度、竞争时间、二抗浓度、工作时间、显色时间等对间接竞争酶联免疫吸附结果的影响。结果：检测抗原浓度为0.25μg/ml,竞争时间30min,酶标二抗的最佳工作浓度为1∶400,二抗反应时间40min,显色时间15min。结论：本实验通过优化间接酶联免疫检测条件,建立了骨肽的间接竞争酶联免疫吸附检测方法,试验结果稳定,且精确度较好。

Conclusion： In this study, by optimizing the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay conditions, the establishment of bone peptide competition ELISA indirect detection methods, test results are stable, and there is better accuracy.
