关节镜下逆行股骨髓内钉技术治疗股骨干中下1/3骨折

目的：探讨关节镜下逆行股骨髓内钉技术治疗股骨干中下1/3骨折的方法及临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法：选取本院2008年2月～2010年2月28例股骨干中下1/3骨折的患者,均采取关节镜下逆行股骨髓内钉技术治疗,对其临床病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果：随访1年后,28例患者经治疗后股骨干中下1/3骨折均愈合,膝关节功能评分为优10例,良13例,中4例,差1例,总有效率为82.1%,治疗前后膝关节功能评分对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：关节镜下逆行股骨髓内钉技术治疗股骨干中下1/3骨折的方法及临床疗效显著,微创,操作简便,能准确定位并牢靠固定,有效降低并发症的发生,显著恢复膝关节功能,安全可靠,值得在临床上合理推广应用。

Arthroscopic retrograde femoral intramedullary nailing in the treatment of fracture in the lower 1/3 of femoral shaft

Objective： To observe and summarize the method, therapeutic efficacy, clinical value of arthroscopic retrograde femoral intramedullary nailing in the treatment of fracture in the lower 1/3 of femoral shaft. Methods： Clinical records of 28 cases of fracture patients in the lower 1/3 of femoral shaft treated with arthroscopic retrograde femoral intramedullary nailing in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： After one year follow-up, fracture in 28 patients healed and the knee function score was excellent in 10 cases, good in 13 cases, medium in 4 cases and poor in 1 case, total effective rate was 82.1%. Knee function scores after treatment were significantly better than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Arthroscopic retrograde femoral intramedullary nailing is minimally invasive and simple, and can be accurately positioned and securely fixed. It can also significantly reduce the incidence of complica- tions and restore knee joint function with security and reliability, thus is worthy of clinical application.
