司帕沙星治疗耐多药肺结核疗效观察

目的：评价司帕沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效。方法：将130例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予司帕沙星或氧氟沙星联合对氨基水杨酸钠异烟肼、丙硫异烟胺、吡嗪酰胺、利福喷丁、乙胺丁醇治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组在各个月痰菌阴转率均明显高于同期对照组（P〈0.05）;至治疗结束,治疗组病灶吸收率和空洞闭合率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：含司帕沙星的治疗方案能明显提高耐多药结核病的痰菌阴转及病灶吸收,且安全、可靠。

The therapeutic effect of sparfloxacin on multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effeet of sparfloxaein for treatment of muhidrug resistant pulmonary tubereulosis. Methods： One hundred and thirty multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly assigned to receive sparfloxaeine （treatment group） or ofloxaxin （eontrol group） plus anti-drugs （isoniazidand sodium aminosalieylate, prothionamide, pyrazinamide, rifapentine, ethambutol）, the elinieal effieaey in two group was compared. Results： The sputum negative conversion rates in treatment group was higher than that in control group in every month （P〈0.05）; The focal absorption rate and elosure rate of eavities of treatment group was higher than eontrol group in the end of treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclution： The reginen contained with sparfloxaein can significantly improve the sputum negative eonversion rate and foeal absorption rate in treating multi-drug resistant pulmonary tubereulosis
