氧化纤维素可吸性止血纱布在胸腹部微创手术中的应用

摘    要:目的:观察氧化纤维素可吸性止血纱布(捷力特)在胸、腹部微创手术中的止血效果及评价其安全性。方法:选择本院2011年3~7月利用氧化纤维素可吸性止血纱布(捷力特)对进行胸、腹腔镜手术出血的创面进行止血的85例患者进行统计学分析,通过对创面凝血时间的观察、对组织的刺激和急性毒性反应等,考察其止血效果和评价其安全性。结果:氧化纤维素可吸性止血纱布(捷力特)能明显缩短创面出血时间,无急性毒性、过敏性和刺激性,植入后吸收良好。结论:氧化纤维素可吸性止血纱布(捷力特)是安全、良好的外科止血材料。

Abstract:Objective: To observe and evaluate the stanch effects and safety of Gelitacel (resorbable oxidized cellulose) in the surgical operation in chest and abdomen minimally invasive surgery. Methods:In the period of March to July in 2011, prospective and retrospective (control group) investigation was carried out to assess the effectiveness of Gelitacel (resorbable oxidized cellulose) to reduce blood-loss in 85 patients with benign surgical operation in chest and abdomen minimally invasive surgery. The stanch effects and safety of this material was investigated through its effects on blood coagulation time, skin and acute toxicity test and stimulus to body. Results: The resorbable oxidized cellulose could shorten wound bleeding time obviously and its influences to blood coagulation time, stimulation and hypersensitiveness to skin and acute toxicity to animals were not found in this study. Conclusion: The Gelitacel (resorbable oxidized cellulose) is a safe and effective styptic material in surgery.
