妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断及处理

目的：研究妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床诊断和处理方法,探讨剖宫产时剔除肌瘤的可行性。方法：对本院2008年1月～2010年10月收治的80例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的资料进行回顾分析。以其中60例剖宫产时行肌瘤剔除术者为观察组,随机抽取同期单纯行剖宫产者60例为对照组,比较两组手术时间、术后出血量、产褥病率、住院天数等情况。结果：80例患者中4例孕早期流产,11例经阴道分娩,65例剖宫产,其中60例同时行肌瘤剔除术。与随机抽取60例单纯剖宫产组对照,手术时间、术后出血量、产褥病率、住院天数比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：妊娠合并子宫肌瘤应加强孕前检查和孕期监测。剖宫产时合理剔除子宫肌瘤具有可行性。

Diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy united uterine fibroids

Objective： To study pregnant women with uterine myoma diagnosis and treatment, to explore the feasibility of fibroids removed at caesarean section. Methods： Our hospital had treated 80 cases of pregnant women with uterine fibroids who were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to October 2010. In 60 cases of cesarean section when the line of myomectomy were in the observation group, while a simple random sample of 60 cases of cesarean section for the control group were compared operative time, postoperative bleeding, puerperal morbidity, hospital number of days and so on. Results： 80 patients, 4 cases of first trimester abortion, 11 cases of vaginal delivery, 65 cases of cesarean section, of which 60 cases simultaneously myomectomy. Simple random sample of 60 cases with cesarean section group and the control, operation time, postoperative bleeding, puerperal morbidity, hospital stay showed no statistically significant （ P0.05）. Conclusion： Pregnancy with uterine fibroids during pregnancy should be to strengthen inspection and monitoring of pregnancy. Cesarean section uterine fibroids removed when feasible and reasonable.
