磷酸克林霉素与青霉素G钾治疗副鼻窦炎的临床疗效比较

目的:观察克林霉素治疗急性副鼻窦炎的临床疗效.方法:60例急性副鼻窦炎患者予以注射用磷酸克林霉素1.35g静脉点滴,每日1次,连用5～7日.所有患者均于治疗前后观察症状、体征、血象变化、临床疗效,并与对照组青霉素G钾进行比较.结果:治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,治愈率为86%,有效率达94%.两组疗效比较有明显差异.结论:注射用磷酸克林霉素与青霉素G钾比较治疗急性副鼻窦炎的疗效良好.

Comparative Study on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Clindamycin Phosphate and Penicillin G Potassium

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Clindamycin Phosphate for injection in treating acute rhinosinusi-tis. Methods: 60 cases of acute rhinosinusitis received Clindamycin Phosphate 1.35g by drip phleboclysis one time per - day for 5 -7 days. All the cases were followed up on symptoms,physical signs,blood counts,and clinical efficacy before and after therapy,comparing with a control group of Penicillin G Potassium. Results: The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group. its curative rate was 86% , improvement rate was 94% . There was significant difference between two groups after treatment . Conclusion: The therapeutic efficacy of Clindamycin Phosphate for injection in treating acute rhinosinusitis is obviously superior to that of Penicillin G Potassium.
