Abstract:Reengineering or optimization of outpatient process has became a focus in the field of hospital manage- ment.The author analyzed the status quo and existing problems of outpatient process,introduced some methods to enhance reengineering and optimization of process,and elaborated the importance of it to improve the core competi- tiveness of hospital.
